The Fall 2025 cohort begins the week of October 13th and runs through November 24th, wrapping up just ahead of Thanksgiving. Live group calls are scheduled weekly during this period, and participants will also complete their individual session within the program window.

The program is a 6-week virtual format that combines weekly 60-90-minute live group sessions (via Zoom) with one individual session for personalized support. Live sessions are interactive and designed for engagement, but recordings will be made available for anyone who cannot attend. In addition, participants have access to a centralized online resource library with videos, worksheets, guides, and handouts to support their learning between sessions.

Participants are responsible for ordering two Stelo continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) before the program begins. The cost is $99 for a 2-pack (covers the full 6 weeks). A direct ordering link and instructions will be provided in your welcome email and onboarding materials.
