Qigong

Love Your Gut

You may have heard the saying, “all disease begins in the gut”, but did you know that there is a mountain of scientific evidence supporting this theory? The gut is a complex system and is the center of your body's immune system. This 6-week program will emphasize the key areas affecting your gut health:

  • Gut healing and repair
  • Nutrition and food as medicine
  • Stress management
  • Sleep
  • Key dietary supplements
  • Community support

This program also provides comprehensive guidance for our 30-day Paleo template reset diet with our nutritionist and health coach. Want to build a solid health foundation for years to come? Start by Loving Your Gut
